Blessings to each of you!

I am very excited to announce  the Fourth Edition of "Trinity Angel's Blessings Box" will be embarking on a brand new mission in the coming months.  (Well, the mission isn't exactly new, but the box is.)  The great news is there is still time for each of you to get involved!  Target date for mailing is October 1, 2006.

Blessings Box History:  Trinity was pleased to sponsor the very first Edition of the box way back in the year 1999, after one of our live angel workshops held a lengthy discussion & demonstration about "psychometry".  (Psychometry is the ability to read the history of certain objects by holding the object in your hand.)  The general theme was that all objects carry impressions.  We discussed how each of us had had the experience of bringing something into our homes that seemed to change the whole energy of the place.  Perhaps it was an antique chair, a framed photo of a special loved one, a new lamp, a piece of jewelry that belonged to a loved one etc.  Whatever it was, it either changed the energy of the home in a positive way or sometimes, unfortunately, it was the opposite and it had to be removed.  At any rate, we all agreed there is something extraordinary about psychometry.

After that discussion, my thoughts turned to how the practice of psychometry could be reversed.  Instead of using an object to try and read the past, why not use it to lift a person's spirits in the future?  We all know what a positive impact a beautifully written letter from the heart feels like to its recipient. What would an entire box of objects and letters and symbols etc bring?  Thus, the Blessings Box was born.  

The very first box was a simple angel box, made of heavy cardboard and it was appliquéd with angel images.  The interior held all sorts of things from feathers, small angel figures, jewelry, angel confetti, Holy cards, dried flowers, dragon flies, butterfly pins, letters, prayers, poems....crystals...I could go on and on and on.  That box traveled in and out of the country and I had the pleasure of receiving it twice.  Each recipient had lovingly placed a new item in the box and removed the item(s) that moved her the most.  I still recall sitting in the middle of the floor, tears flowing down, while reading the beautiful letters and hand written accounts of what the box had meant to each of its recipients.  Equally as fun, each recipient would leave a message on Trinity's message board so we could track where it was and who it was affecting in a positive way.  (The ripple effect.)

That box is still in circulation although we lost track of it in late 2001.  A second box was created in 2002 and sent off.  This one is still in circulation and when last I heard, it was traveling through Canada.  The Third Edition left at the end of 2003 and we have never heard about where it has gone.  (tsk tsk, but I'm sure it's bringing happiness to someone!)

Our Fourth Edition is a beautifully handcrafted wooden box,  filled with enormous blessings and surprises.  I have been taking it to my favorite places allowing it to absorb the positive and loving energy from its surroundings.    I will continue placing the first items etc, until I feel drawn to mail it off to its first destination.  Would you like to be on the list?  If so, simply email me a snail mail address and you will be included. PS--I am starting to gather names again for this box.  If you have signed on in the past and have never received the box, please re-submit your information to be included in this one.  Please NOTE that a snail mail address is an actual physical address.  It doesn't have to be your home address, but it does have to be somewhere the US Postal service can deliver a package.  Many have sent me notes asking to be included but they have not sent addresses.  Thanks so much in advance, I want everyone who wishes to participate to be included!

ONE OTHER NOTE:  Since this is a wonderful project that so many people want to be involved in, please do not sign up if you are a procrastinator.  The success of the box depends entirely on it moving from place to place, thereby, spreading the love.  It isn't fair to keep the box since it is not intended for this.  Keep in mind that you will have to pay to ship it to the next address.  If you feel you are not able to participate because of the postage involved, please do not sign up.  Usually the postage is under five dollars so it shouldn't be a big concern.  Thanks again!  This is always a fun project!
